Jill Bittinger

Jill started practicing yoga in 2012 while also enjoying an active lifestyle that included dabbling in running, crossfit and teaching fitness classes.

Yoga won her heart and it poured over to her fitness class where she started incorporating yoga into the workouts. Shortly after that she was certified as a yoga instructor online on FitTour.com and the class completely transitioned to a vinyasa style yoga flow. She has taught and practiced yoga ever since and loves sharing it with others.

She believes that as we practice yoga we should also practice talking lovingly to our bodies while releasing the negative voice in our heads that criticizes and judges and she loves sharing this message with her students.

Tracy Moser
MBA, SPHR, RYT

Tracy recently received her 200 hour certification as a Nationally Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) through Balance Yoga by Amanda’s first Yoga Teacher Training after practicing at Balance Yoga for 7 years. She is excited to share her love of yoga as a teacher and fellow student.

Whether you seek physical, mental, or spiritual "exercise", Tracy believes yoga is the perfect way to integrate all three,  developing a healthy balance and honoring your true self.  "The journey inward is one that can only be experienced, not explained, and yoga has taken me on a journey that has been amazing."

An HR professional by day,  Tracy lives in Troy with her husband, Brian.  She is the proud mother of two adult daughters (who also practice yoga), an avid tennis player and dog-lover.

Natalie Young
RYT 200, BSBA, CPA

Natalie received her 200 hour certification as a Nationally Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200) in October 2017 at balanceYoga by Amanda.  She also has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in accounting from the University of  Dayton and earned her Ohio CPA (Certified Public Accountant) designation in 2010.

Natalie believes that yoga is a practice of inner-work as much as a physical practice.  What initially drew her to yoga was a need to find balance in her life and establish inner-peace within herself.  Natalie is a wife, mother, photographer, yogi and career woman. She has found that yoga has been her true path towards being more present in her life and with her family.  She enjoys camping with her family, playing board games with her sons, and playing Euchre and Spades with her besties.

In addition to regular classes, Natalie teaches children's yoga.  She deeply enjoys introducing yoga to children and loves practicing with children and young adults of all ages.  She believes that we can help our children improve their self-awareness, self-acceptance, mind/body balance, and self-regulation of emotions and behaviors through the practice of yoga and mindfulness.
