Thai Yoga Massage is a dynamic form of bodywork in which the practitioner moves the client in a variety of yoga-like poses while stretching, rocking and compressing their muscles in each pose to guide the client to a deeper level of relaxation and mind/body connection.

Thai yoga massage is typically practiced on a soft mat on the floor.  No oils or creams are used and both the practitioner and the client are dressed in comfortable clothes.  We recommend clients wear both long sleeves and long pants for comfort.
