Amanda Brown
​E-​RYT, SEYT, B.Ed. ​

Amanda received her 200 hour certification as a Nationally Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT) in April 2012 and her certification as a Subtle Energy Yoga Therapist (SEYT) in May 2012 at elementsLife. She also has a Bachelor of Education in Community Health from the University of Toledo.

Amanda believes that yoga is as FUN as it is transformative and strives to balance the two in her teaching style. Amanda is a wife, mom, and career woman. She credits yoga with allowing her to find her authentic self and for bringing 'balance' back into her life.

Dustin Brown
BROGA Yoga Certified
CrossFit Level 1 Certified Trainer

Dustin has been CrossFitting for nearly two years and practicing Yoga regularly for over 1 year. He is a personal trainer at balanceYoga, offering a bit more intensity to the everyday workout. Dustin believes that the combination of both Yoga and personal training is a win-win.
Dustin's personal training sessions can be combined with personal Yoga sessions or purchased on their own.
Dustin has found balance as both a CrossFitter AND a Yogi and would like to help you find your balance.


Tracy Moser
RYT, ACC, MBA, SPHR
Tracy’s yoga journey started in 2011 with a focus on physical health. Like many, she quickly appreciated the power of the mental, emotional, and spiritual benefits as well. She completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training through balanceYoga by Amanda in 2017 and has been actively teaching since. Her classes create space for balancing mind, body and spirit. She also loves introducing yoga to beginners, teaching Yoga 101, a 4-week series designed to help beginners learn the basics several times each year.

In addition to being a Registered Yoga Teacher through Yoga Alliance, she is a certified Breath Coach through YogaBody as well as an Associate Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation, specializing in professional development for leaders inside and outside of corporate America. She has a passion for using the Energy Leadership Index, or ELI, to help develop leaders, teams, and individuals.

Tracy recently retired after 30+ years as an HR executive and now focuses on her professional coaching business and teaching yoga. She lives in Troy with her husband, Brian and dogs, Olivia and Astro. She is the proud mother of two adult daughters, is an avid tennis player and massive dog-lover. Along with her daughter Emily, they are the founders and creators of Pawliday Yoga, an annual fundraiser for the Miami County Animal Shelter since 2018 that has raised several thousands of dollars and donations.

A little bit about Coral…

“Hello! I am Coral 200-hour certified yoga instructor and I have been teaching for 3 years. The past 11 years I have been practicing many different styles of yoga, crystal healing, meditation, and energy work from home. I fell in love with the benefit of holistic healing and education. I am a small business owner of Coral Bloom Wellness. From home I teach yoga and give remote reiki sessions. Yoga has literally changed my life for the better. I am stronger mentally and physically. I have shared moments with incredible students and teachers. I am excited to teach at balance yoga. I have a lot of passions but a few of them are hiking, hula hooping, swimming, dancing, traveling and listening to music. I look forward to calming the mind, purifying our body, and opening our hearts together. Namaste!”
