A 90 day journey of self discovery, weight loss and more!

The Plan:

Journey to balance is an individualized, whole life (body, mind, spirit) plan to help you find yourself, lose weight and take the steps toward optimal health and wellness. This is YOUR journey – we are here to help and support you every step of the way.


What is Included:

  • Either 1 (option A*) or 2 (option B*) private yoga/personal training sessions a week OR Studio Class Options (option C)  for 12 weeks.

       *Plan for 60-75 minutes in length - includes one hour of yoga/personal training  

         and 15 minutes catching up on physical activity, nutrition, emotions/mood, 

         sleep, etc.

  • Nutrition resources, shopping lists, etc.

  • Weekly Fitness plan in addition to yoga/personal training.

  • Regular contact either by email or phone to provide support and accountability during the journey.
