Movement & Meditation
With guest teacher, Gena Collier, on Saturday, April 6 from 2:00 - 3:30 PM
Meditation leads to new inner experiences and transforms your daily life into a more meaningful and fulfilling existence. In this workshop you will learn how to meditate, shifting from a thinking mind to a listening mind. Experience being present in the moment through merging slow breath and gentle movement. After movement and breath, you will be guided through meditation and end with a relaxing savasana. Leave with a basic understanding of meditation and feel more enlivened and centered. Come to learn and ask questions. The cost is $20 and registration is preferred. Everyone is welcome!

Have you been wanting to try Aerial Yoga but aren't sure where to start? How about wanting to be in a class where you can ask questions, learn options, and be surrounded with other people who also are curious about learning/exploring Aerial Yoga? If so, then Aerial Yoga 101 may be for you!
Aerial Yoga 101 is a workshop in which you will learn the basics of Aerial Yoga, including asanas (poses) and modifications so that you can feel confident and comfortable walking into the studio and know what to expect. Safety, trust and building confidence will be highlighted and focused on in the workshop. Each class will start with questions and end with savasana. All you need to bring to class is yourself!
Yoga 101
