Yoga Practice for "Peace"

"Om Shanti Shanti Shanti. I am peace."

Today I would like to share a Yoga practice with you from our "Divine Truth" series. This practice focuses on the first two Niyamas – Saucha and Santosha – which translates into Purity and Contentment.

In its purest form, the Niyamas are inner observances, intended to help us build character and to live in our truest nature…one of peace. On the mat and off today, try to find peace in your mind, body and spirit.
