Yoga Practice for Ahimsa
Updated: Apr 7, 2020
Today I would like to share a Yoga practice with you from our "Divine Truth" series. In that series, we focused on the principles of Yoga taught through the 8 limbs of Ashtanga Yoga by Patanjali. I hope these yoga practices will be a great compliment to your home practice.
This particular practice focuses on the "Yama" (which are ethical standards) "Ahimsa" (which translates into non-harming or non-violence). This Yama teaches us to live in such a way that we cause no harm in thought, speech, or action to any living being, including ourselves. <3
Take care of yourself and take care of each other. Namaste! 🙏
