Yoga Practice to "Lighten"
Today I would like to share a Yoga practice with you from our "Divine Truth" series. This practice focuses on the last two Yamas, Brahmacharya and Aparigraha. For this practice you will want to be near a wall or grab a chair or ottoman.
The invitation of these two Yamas – Brahmacharya and Aparigraha – is to see our daily live as sacred and to fully remain in the moment. On the mat and off today, try not to cling to the past or worry about the future, just be exactly where you are. So grab your mats and join me for YOGA!
